NoHo Loft

NoHo Loft, New York, 2017

This project was developed in collaboration with John Pawson Architect. The building had recently been completed by the Architects Herzog & de Meuron and the new owner wanted a contemporary apartment that reflected a language in synch with the new building. The articulation of the space was simple but through the use of soft materials and warm tones became an inviting and spacious apartment for the client. The project was completed on time and plainspace coordinated all aspects of the permitting and construction without a general contractor.
